Kat and Tom had their Ceremony and Wedding Breakfast in our Pavilion Suite and their evening reception in William Duesbury Suite over the bank holiday weekend.
The couple stayed over at the hotel the night before and had a family meal in our restaurant which was a lovely way to celebrate together before the big day.
It was such an honour to help this lovely couple plan their wedding. They knew exactly what they wanted and I am so pleased we were able to re-create this for them. You know it’s a success when the Bride says ‘It looks better than I could ever have imagined’ when she first walks into the room. The ceremony looked beautiful with the hessian and lace sashes, flower ceremony arch and the lantern lit aisle. The flower arch was provided by our Venue dresser Absolute Weddings and made a brilliant photo area for guests later in the day too.
After the ceremony a glass of Prosecco was waiting for the newly weds with adorable bride and groom drink toppers!
Their personal touches like the handmade wooden signs made their day so unique. The creative couple made everything from the cork bride and groom cake toppers to the beautiful vase centre pieces. The bunting and rustic initial letters were all really fitting with the theme. They had also made up activity packs for children in brown paper bags that are always a brilliant idea to keep the children entertained during the meal.

Kat and Tom chose our resident DJ MC Productions for the evening reception. The Suite looked beautiful with a twinkle backdrop against the wall.
It was lovely to see all of Kat and Toms designs and visions come together for such a beautiful day! We wish you both all the best for the future!BACK TO BLOG
